e.l.f. POP Tromsø launches: U.S. prices and the staggered sales schedule
The limited holiday range starts at $12. e.l.f. schedules its U.S. website rollout for October 5 and Amazon availability for October 6, following the TikTok Shop US debut.

e.l.f. is expanding into fragrance and body care with POP Tromsø, a limited holiday collection built around one scent. The immediate question for shoppers is where to find it: the company’s rollout separates TikTok Shop, its own website and Amazon rather than opening every channel at once.
Why the website rollout has two dates
The company’s October 5 announcement says the collection launched on TikTok Shop US on October 4. It schedules October 5 for its U.S. and U.K. websites and for TikTok Shop UK and Germany. Those dates describe the company’s rollout; they do not prove that every sales channel has opened or that every item is in stock.
Byrdie’s report dated October 4 listed that date for both TikTok Shop US and elfcosmetics.com. The company’s announcement dated October 5 gives October 5 for the website. We use the official company date here. If you are following the Byrdie report, check the current regional product page before assuming you can complete a purchase.
Three products, with U.S. prices from $12
The company’s launch announcement lists a body fragrance mist at $13, a silky body cream at $13 and a travel-size kit at $12. These are U.S. dollar prices; shoppers elsewhere should check the relevant regional storefront rather than assume the same amount or currency.
The travel-size kit has the lowest listed entry price, but that alone does not establish better value than the separate products. The launch announcement does not specify product volumes. Compare the labeled quantities, the delivered total and which format you would actually use before choosing.
What the scent notes mean
The company describes Spicy Bundt Nice through holiday spice cake, orange zest, cardamom, buttercream frosting, cedarwood and warm musk. Those are the brand’s scent notes, rather than a hands-on assessment of how the products smell on skin.
In an independently reported Byrdie interview, e.l.f. Brands marketing chief Oshiya Savur connects POP to requests from the brand’s community and its previous experiments with scented products. That explains the launch’s direction, but it does not establish wear time, skin benefits or whether an individual shopper will enjoy the scent.
Amazon comes later; the broader range follows in January
The official announcement schedules Amazon availability for October 6 in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany and Canada. It also names an October 5 rollout through the company’s U.S. and U.K. websites and TikTok Shop UK and Germany.
Tromsø is the limited holiday debut. A broader POP range with additional destination-inspired scents is planned for January 2027. These dates identify planned channel openings and the later range expansion. Check the local product page for the final price, shipping terms and availability when the relevant channel opens.
