Bureau Veritas Q3 revenue beats forecasts as organic growth reaches 6.2%
Revenue rose 10.1% to €1.57 billion, with broad divisional growth and full-year guidance unchanged.

Bureau Veritas reported third-quarter revenue of €1.5697 billion, above company consensus, as organic growth reached 6.2% and currency plus portfolio changes lifted total growth to 10.1%.
Buildings & Infrastructure led the four divisions, while management confirmed—not raised—its 2026 outlook and kept its longer-term AI revenue ambition separate from current results.
Revenue and organic growth beat consensus
Third-quarter revenue reached EUR 1.5697 billion, above the EUR 1.55 billion company consensus. Revenue rose 10.1% year on year, while organic growth of 6.2% was slightly above the 6.0% estimate.
Acquisitions, disposals and currency explain the bridge
Organic growth accounted for 6.2 percentage points. Scope added 1.8 points, as bolt-on acquisitions contributed 2.7 points and disposals subtracted 0.9 points. Currency added another 2.1 points, mainly from a stronger dollar against the euro.
Growth was broad but uneven by division
Buildings & Infrastructure led with 7.9% organic growth, followed by Product Testing & Services at 7.0%, Industrials & Commodities at 5.1% and Business Assurance at 3.2%. The spread matters because the 6.2% group figure is not a uniform rate across every business.
The 2026 outlook was confirmed, not raised
Bureau Veritas kept its 2026 outlook for mid-to-high single-digit organic revenue growth, improved adjusted operating margin at constant exchange rates and strong cash flow. It separately targets EUR 1 billion of revenue from AI-driven markets and services by 2030; that is a future ambition, not current-quarter revenue.
